Welcome to OFFSUPPLY. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this website.

1. GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including visitors, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.

OFFSUPPLY reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit the quantities of any products offered

  • Discontinue any product at any time

  • Modify product details, pricing, or specifications without notice

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once an order is placed and paid, it cannot be cancelled by the customer. Address corrections are permitted before dispatch.

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance. OFFSUPPLY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

Any approved refund follows the refund terms below, including the customer-choice exception for unavailable stock.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CLAIMS

Eligible unused and unworn items with original tags and packaging qualify for return or exchange requests raised within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds follow the terms below.

For damaged, wrong or missing-item claims, provide a clear continuous unboxing video starting before the sealed package is opened and showing the package and product. Submit it with order details within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos alone are insufficient. If the parcel is visibly tampered with, refuse delivery and report it immediately.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices listed are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payments must be completed through approved payment methods available on the website.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including logos, graphics, product designs, images, text, and branding—is the exclusive property of OFFSUPPLY.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any material without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OFFSUPPLY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Where delivery is disputed, we investigate courier proof of delivery. Non-liability for loss or theft after delivery applies only when valid proof of delivery is established.

8. FRAUD & MISUSE

We reserve the right to cancel orders, block accounts, or take legal action against individuals involved in fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or misuse of our services.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.

Orders shipping returns and refunds

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 calendar days of order placement. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days from dispatch. We ship within India only. COD is available without a confirmation-call or OTP dispatch gate.

Once placed and paid, an order cannot be cancelled. Address corrections are permitted before dispatch. Eligible unused and unworn items with original tags and packaging are eligible for return or exchange requests raised within 7 days of delivery. Damaged, wrong or missing-item claims require a clear continuous unboxing video starting before the sealed package is opened and showing the package and product, submitted with order details within 48 hours of delivery. Photos alone are insufficient. Refuse a visibly tampered parcel and report it immediately.

Approved refunds are issued as a Off Supply gift card, redeemable only on the Off Supply online store. A ₹199 deduction applies to approved refunds on all orders, including damaged, defective, wrong-item and wrong-colour claims. This applies to prepaid and paid Cash on Delivery purchases. Refunds to the original payment method may be offered in select cases, subject to review and approval. The ₹199 deduction also applies to an approved source refund, except for the unavailable-stock exception below. Prepaid return-to-origin refunds are gift-card only.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place a paid order, we will notify you and let you choose either a Off Supply gift card worth the actual amount paid for the unavailable item after discounts plus 20% (120% of that amount), or a refund of 100% of that amount to your original payment method. No ₹199 deduction applies to either option. The gift card is redeemable only on our online store. This applies to the unavailable items, not to other items that can be fulfilled. Your chosen refund is processed within 5–10 business days after your choice is confirmed. No return or warehouse quality inspection is required for an item that was never dispatched. If payment has not been collected, there is no payment to refund.

Once return to origin is initiated, we contact you about reshipping. If you decline or remain unreachable, we close the order and do not reship. Cash on Delivery orders cancelled at this stage are simply closed and nothing is owed. For prepaid orders that are not re-shipped, once the parcel is received back and clears quality check, the refund is issued only as a Off Supply gift card, valid only on our online store, with ₹199 deducted from the refundable amount.

Refunds for returned products require warehouse receipt and QC clearance. Delivery disputes are investigated using courier proof of delivery; non-liability for loss or theft after delivery applies only when valid proof of delivery is established.
